July 2008 - Wooldridges acquires Seelect Educational Supplies and Kelly Educational
Wooldridges, Australia’s leading educational supplier, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Seelect Educational Supplies and Kelly Education
in Adelaide. Seelect and Kelly are major school suppliers to schools in South Australia and have been serving teachers, students, schools and
parents alike. Seelect is well known for its primary school resources whilst Kelly education focused on the secondary market. The sale will be
effective from 14 July 2008.
The two businesses will be brought together under the new brand of Wooldridges over the coming months, with two new retail stores due to open in August
and September respectively. The new stores will not only provide convenient access to the latest educational supplies, stationery and booklist
resources, but will also bring employment opportunities for the local community.

July 2008 - New Wooldridges Superstore Coming to Clarkson
The local schools and community of Clarkson and surrounding suburbs are set to capitalise as a new Wooldridges Educational Superstore opens later
this year. This conveniently located store will provide one-stop shopping for back office stationery, school and teaching resources as well as
providing a great base for booklist and back to school resources. Much more than a bookshop or stationery store, Wooldridges are able to offer a
complete educational supplies solution for all, schools, parents and students alike.

June 2008 - Wooldridges Opening Soon in WA’s First Settlement, Albany
Wooldridges, Australia’s leading educational supplier, is pleased to announce a new store will be opening soon in Albany, dedicated to serving the
educational resource needs of the Great Southern Region. The Albany community of 34,000 can look forward to an educational superstore like no other
right on their doorstep, whether your after a pencil, a text book, teacher reference or a new globe there is something for everyone.

The Wooldridges’ head office is based in Osborne Park, Perth, and the business operates from seven retail outlets spread across the Perth
metropolitan area and country region with further stores opening shortly. In 2007 their first interstate store in opened in Darwin with two new
stores scheduled to open later this year in South Australia.
Kalgoorlie Store Opening Update
Wooldridges have now officially settled on the Education House business in Kalgoorlie. The store will be closed for two weeks as its rebrand and
the business and turn the existing store into a Wooldridges Educational Superstore.
Wooldridges’ Managing Director, Tim Majors, said “We are very excited about opening the new store in Kalgoorlie and look forward to working with
